WMMP has a Woody for the Bergeron Racing Team.....
They are just about as inconsistant on their calls as Twin State Speedway.
Two weeks ago they put us to the rear for a car chopping us. We were
clearly up to his drivers door and they put us to the rear. This week we
were trying to get to the bottom and the #33 car was barely at our rear
quarter. He drives into the side our car, spins out and they put us to the
rear for chopping. The driver behind us said he saw the whole incident and
the #33 just drove it in as hard as he could when he saw the #27 coming
down. What happened to give and take on the race track? Then later in the
race the #17 car clearly dumps the #7 car right next to us and they put
the #17 back in front of us on line up.
Further more the #33 had an altercation in the heats with the #6 and it
came over the radio that he was DQ'd from the heat race. But, he was in
the semi and started the feature in the 7th position. Last week they DQ'd
us from the heat for not meeting ride height. We were not able to run the
semi and had to start dead last in the feature. Now were is the
consistency in these calls.
We really enjoyed racing at your facility and have met some great people,
but we are racing to have fun and it is no fun when the officials are
targeting the 27 team. If you did not want us at your track all you had to
do is say so.
Bergeron Racing will be taking a week off from racing. We will keep you
updated on our next stop.
